Uniform and badges

In our Scout Group, every member wears a uniform consisting of a Top (see below), a pair of Cargo Style Activity Trousers and a Red scarf with Yellow and Blue borders, that they are presented with when they are invested into the Group.

The colours of the Scarf are representative of those used in the Salvation Army Flag (pictured below), which represents the Holf Trinity. The Blue symbolises the purity of God, The Red the blood of Jesus Christ and the Yellow the fire of the Holy Spirit.

Leaders Uniform

In addition to the required uniform, it is possible to but many other uniform items including baseball Caps, Jackets, etc. Although you are free to purchase these items, please ensure that the required uniform is worn to all meetings. Also, unless you are told otherwise by your Section Leader you should wear your uniform to all events.
